A driver who crushed a man with his truck and drove away laughing has been jailed for 15 years.
Billy Lloyd, 28, first drove at the man in Margate Road, Herne Bay, pinning him between his truck and his victim’s vehicle.
Canterbury Crown Court heard that he then reversed and did it again, causing the man to fall to the floor.

As the injured man tried to crawl to safety, he was driven at for a third time. This time his legs were crushed by Lloyd’s flatbed truck.
Lloyd then was then heard to speed off laughing.
The man was left with serious leg injuries and had to be airlifted to hospital where he needed extensive surgery and treatment.
Lloyd, of Ford Road in Broomfield, denied causing grievous bodily harm on the afternoon of June 8, 2016.
But he was unanimously convicted at trial.
The jury had been told that events began when the two passed each other on Margate Road. Lloyd, who was known to the victim, angrily gestured to him as their vehicles passed one another.
Lloyd turned round and started following the victim, who stopped his vehicle and was then attacked.
Investigating officer Det Con Steve Day said: “There is no acceptable reason for Lloyd’s actions and the subsequent awful injuries he caused to the victim that day, and what is most horrifying about the behaviour is that there was no doubt he intended to cause serious harm.
“I thank the victim for his courage in supporting this case while overcoming such an ordeal which would leave most people terrified.
“The chilling actions of Lloyd that day have been recognised by the court as so severe that he is now facing a long time in prison.”
As well as 15 years in prison, Lloyd wil serve an additional four years on licence when he is released.
