Police issue images of knife-wielding home invaders

Police have issued e-fits of two men involved in a home invasion at a Canterbury house.

The incident happened in St Martin’s Road last month.

Investigators say that at 10.30pm on November 12 a man in his 20s opened his front door to find a group of men standing outside.

Some of them were reportedly carrying knives.

They pushed past him and entered one of the bedrooms.

Items including a PS4 console and seven pairs of men’s trainers were stolen.

The men then left the property.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

A spokesman said: “Officers investigating the incident have released two computer-generated images.

“We ask that anyone who recognises them, or has any information about the burglary, calls Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/4383/18.”
