The landlord of the historic White Horse Inn at Bridge is reassuring customers the pub is open for business after a fire.
A fire had broken out in an upstairs bedroom.

Landlord Andy Jordan-Smith said: “Fortunately, there were no injuries and minimal damage to the property.
“An investigation is underway to establish the cause of the fire.
“We would like to thank the Kent Fire Brigade, the Canterbury pump, the Bridge Village Support Team and the White Horse Inn staff, who acted responsibly and professionally.”
Mr Jordan-Smith added that the pub is “open for business as usual”.
