
The city will feel distinctly warmer next week as conditions match those of Barcelona.
Forecasters predicts highs of 21C for Canter by Thursday or next Friday, with warm air brought in from the south.
It will make a contrast from temperatures experienced in the last few days, which have seen us in the low single digits.

The Met Office said: “It will be locally warm with a marked changed for the east and northeast, where it will be warmer than of late.
“Colder conditions may return to eastern coasts, but for many, temperatures are likely to be above average towards the end of the period, with a reduced chance of rain.”
The Met Office adds that later spring temperatures in Canterbury could be as warm those normally expected in July.
